Custom Jewelry
Every Robin Ann Jewelry piece is handcrafted using traditional metalsmithing techniques and quality precious metals. Note that slight imperfections in the finished product only add charm to its uniqueness. Your order is important to us and worked worked with great care. Please allow 1-2 weeks for your finished custom piece to be ready to ship.
Returns/Exchanges
Robin Ann Jewelry prides itself in ensuring that each and every one of our customers love their jewelry. We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If it is not what you expected, it can be returned for a full refund within 30 days of ship date, in its original condition and shipped securely. Return shipping costs are incurred by the customer. If an error occurs on our end, the piece will be remade free of charge or a refund will be issued. Please first contact info@robinannjewelry.com.
Damages
If your order is damaged, please email info@robinannjewelry.com within 10 days of your order date for prompt assistance.
Changing an Order
With every personalized item, once you check out, changes cannot be made, as each piece is made to order for you. If you are not perfectly satisfied with your order, please contact info@robinannjewelry.com for assistance.
Price Adjustments
As Robin Ann Jewelry strives to provide accurate pricing information, typographical errors may occur with respect to the products or services available for purchase. Robin Ann Jewelry reserves the right to modify prices with respect to any such products or services without advance notice either prior to or after receipt of an order confirmation.
Unintentional errors in advertised prices are not binding on Robin Ann Jewelry or this website, and may be modified by Robin Ann Jewelry at any time. In the event that a product or service or any other transaction conducted via this website is listed at an incorrect price due to an error in pricing, Robin Ann Jewelry shall have the right, at its sole and absolute discretion, to refuse or cancel any orders placed for such product or service. In the event that a product or service is mispriced, Robin Ann Jewelry may, at its and absolute discretion, either contact you for instructions or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation, it being clarified that Robin Ann Jewelry shall have no further obligations towards you with respect thereto.
Coupons and Discounts
Coupons may not be combined and may not apply to any sale items unless otherwise explicitly stated. Promotional offers and discounts cannot be retroactively applied.
Payment Methods
Visa, MasterCard, American Express and PayPal are accepted methods of payment.
Sales Tax
A 6.35% sales tax applies to all orders shipped or billed to a Connecticut address.
Shipping
Available domestic shipping methods, with stated timelines, are found in the cart upon checkout. It cannot be changed once an order has been placed. Note that during peak seasons, expedited and rush shipping may not be available. Standard domestic shipping in the U.S. is free and USPS Tracking information is sent via email.
We can gladly arrange for international shipping of your order. Please note the value of the item(s) will be required on a customs form and, due to customs inspections, a specific delivery date cannot be guaranteed. It may take 3-6 weeks for your order to arrive. Customers are responsible for all fees, taxes, and duties/customs that will apply. In the rare event your international order is lost in transit once shipped, please contact info@robinannjewelry.com We will do what we can to help you locate it.
Packaging & Gifts
All orders are carefully packed for shipping and all jewelry is gift boxed with our logo and a hand-tied ribbon. If your order is a gift, we happily will include a gift note for the recipient. Just enter your message in the customer notes box at checkout.
Wholesale
